IP in the schools are offered in a variety of models:

Model 1 : ACS(I), DHS and NUSHS offer a 6-year IP starting at Secondary 1. The terminal qualification of the ACS(I) and DHS IP are the International Baccalaureate Diploma and the 'A' Level Examination respectively. The NUSHS diploma is offered at the end of the NUSHS IP.

Model 2: A family of schools with strong affiliations, comprising secondary schools and their affiliated Junior College, provides integrated education from Secondary 1 to JC.

RI and RGS together with Raffles Junior College [RJC] form one family.

The Chinese High School [CHS] and Hwa Chong Junior College [HCJC] are integrated to form Hwa Chong Institution [HCI]. NYGH is implementing its Integrated Programme by collaborating with Hwa Chong Institution [HCI]. Their terminal qualification will be the GCE 'A' Level Examination.

Model 3 : NJC, TJC and VJC start their IP from Secondary 3, thus offering a 4-year high school programme. The terminal qualification is the GCE 'A' Level Examination.

You understand right? >.<

Pupils promoted from the primary GEP and who choose not to join the IP will be placed in MOE's secondary GEP at Dunman High School and Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).

Hwa Chong Institution, Raffles Institution and Raffles Girls’ School offer the IP at Secondary 1, 2, 3 and 4. All pupils who are admitted to these schools at Secondary 1 will participate in the IP of the respective schools.

Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and Dunman High School will continue to offer the secondary GEP from Secondary 1 to 4. Secondary 2 GEP pupils can opt to join the IP at Secondary 3 or continue in the GEP.
