Harlo!

Hey all!

Yesh, we're like POSTING AGAIN!

But I bet by now, no one visits anymore. D:

AND WE WANT MORE AUTHORS.

1. I was reading the archives of Kimberly+FanJin's blog and man, do I miss the good ol' times.

2. I watched MEGA MOVIE MYTHS, the free CD given with the latest edition of Discovery Magazine.

Yeah, I thought, wow, an exclusive, given to only Discovery Magazine subscribers. Then I discover (OMFGLAMEALERT) that the original airdate was 3 years ago. Wow, we're soo privileged. Nevertheless, it was 1h 34 minutes of AWESOME-ness. :D

3. I missed ellen today. Heck, I've been watching it loyally since Monday and it's like GameWeek and Friday's episode is like the finale where the prize is the car and I MISS FRIDAY'S EPISODE. And worst of all, I knew it was airing the whole time... It goes like this: I'm unwilling doing Bengali homework because my mother wants me to complete and pass it to my friend who will pass it to my Bengali teacher tomorrow so that she will be like, "Wow, she's overseas but she still bothered to do her homework and hand it in." Or something. And so I was doing Bengali composition. IN THE TV ROOM. So it was more painful. And since my mum was sleeping on the sofa and all, I just couldn't switch the telly on. And helloo, I didn't even finish the composition in the end, yeah? Lol. I stopped doing it, went to eat some nutella, like, raw nutella, 'cos we didn't have bread, and also some MILO cornflakes. Yupyup. And then I FINALLY started packing my bags for Bangkok. Oh, and isn't Bangkok, as in, the name, extremely... suggestive? Bang.Kok.

Or maybe it's just me. ):

4. I was trying to convince my sister to go downstairs with me. On the pretense of losing weight by walking downstairs hence exercising because my sister's a little weight-conscious. But... she didn't want to so too bad for me. I was trying to make her go simply because of the fact that I WANTED BREAD FROM THE STORE and I didn't want to go alone. Then I started telling her how dangerous it was 'cos it was like OMG 6PM! And telling her how LATE in the, ahem, evening it was and basically beating around the bush about STRANGER DANGER. But she didn't really care. So in the end, I lived with eating nutella on it's own. D: But heck, it's yummy!

Not taken by me, FYI. But oh, the look of makes my mouth water. I even bought nutella from the supermarket when I was at my aunty's house for, what, 4 days? And then brought that back home though I had my own BEEEEEG container back here. Oh well, the more the better :D

5. I updated the links :D

6. I've fallen in love with 'Pump it'. Yes, it's been quite a while since it's been released but I'm slow. Deal with it.

7. I have too little undergarments. I will buy more in Bangkok!

8. Oh, not like you reallyyy need to know, but about my Bangkok trip, I'll be leaving tomorrow morning. WHICH MEANS I MISS BENGALI SCHOOL WOOTS! AHAHHAHAHAHA Life is good. :D Then we're staying there (BangKok) until Monday. Thenn, on Monday, we'll be going to PATAYYA. Or something. It's a really funky name, no? Ok, I just checked. It's PATTAYA. Aah, same difference. :D Thenn, we'll funk the place until Tuesday night and on Wednesday morning, we'll go through the 3hour trip back to BangKok and catch our Wednesday evening flight back to Singapore. :D Mummy's looking forward to the SHOPPING. I'm looking forward to the BEACH! See, I'm like so much more romantic than Momma, woohoo! xD

9. My mum & sistah is going to MUSTAFA CENTRE (the indian version of VivoCity/FarEast/Wisma/anyothermajorshoppingcentreyoucanthinkof) to get US dollars. And Baht too, I think. Oh, it's hilarious. 'Cos 'Baht' sounds like, well, 'baht' which sounds like RICE in Bengali. And my mum was like, "Oh, we should bring some baht along" and my dad was just like, "Er, are you crazy??" Looool. Actually, I see a lot of Bengali here... Like our hotel is Amari Boulevard and Amari is like 'mine'. And the BangKok airport's name is bengali-ish too!

:O

10. Quote of the day (though there is only 2 hours 2o minutes left to today):

"Life is short, but holidays are even shorter."

Man, you have to agree. It's a whole WEEK already? ONLY THREE MORE WEEKS TO GOOOOO...

11. We need to wake up at like 7am tomorrow. D: D: D: HELLOOH, I mean, today, I woke up at 9am but was too lazy to get up and kept waking up and sleeping until 11.30am and then didn't sleep anymore but instead stayed in bed, rolling, turning, twisting, rubbing, and what not until 12.30pm.

12. HAPPY WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY!

13. Is Al Gore coming to Singapore again? D:

14. Sadly, I'm becoming less and less tree hugging. I still use recycled paper for rubbish stuff most of the time and switching electrical appliances is already a permanent habit but still, I'm like nowadays really ignorant about our environment's health. D: I need to dig out my 'The Inconvinient Truth' VCD again.

15. I'm looking forward to the IN-FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT in Singapore Airlines flight... Like, seriously, SIA is, to me, by far, the best airline ever in the world. :D SINGAPORE GIRL! No, not the one in Geylang.

16. Speaking of Geylang, I think we need more red-light areas in Singapore. Helloo, they want a larger population growth, right? Oh and make sure they all don't go for abortions/condoms.

17. I'll be missing SINGAPORE IDOL. I only want to watch the auditions though. :D And I'll be missing Night at the Musuem too!! OMG MIND THE PUN?

18. I'm getting a window seat! Which is... okay, since for a good part of the flight, I'll be GLUED to the screen on the seat of the person sitting in front of me, aka 58K.

19. Hmm, what if someone with PIG FLU sits near me... 58K??

20. Lastly, this is the 338th post. Just telling ya.

Love,
Sudesna

Life is short, but holidays are even shorter.
