Hey people!

We had Learning Journeys today... for 110 it was History of RGS and Marina Barrage. I thought the Marina Barrage thing was pretty boring.

As I download my photos, here's a recap-
1. Marina Barrage- it's about a 1/2 hour bus ride there. It was SUPER hot.
2. We went to the museum. Okay. It's fancy.
3. We went to the cafe. Yay food!
4. People got to play in water ["frolicking in the water"- not my words]

Then we went back to school. Marcia, Beatrice, Le Win, Denise and a whole lot other people went to Far East plaza for lunch. We went to KFC (for a 'slightly unhealthy' lunch, according to Le Win)
Then back to school for the History of RGS tour. Hh joined 110.
We went to CHIJMES first. I can't quite remember what the guide said, but the chapel was nice. And it was BLAZING hot.
Then we walked to Raffles Place/Raffles City, where RI was built. After we stopped for a while to buy drinks and all, we sat on the floor outside Raffles City (I think) and listened to the guide talk about RGS. How it separated from RI and that it moved 12 times. So he was asaying, we are truly daughters of a better age.
Wonderful the photos are downloaded~

Abovementioned fancy stuff in the museum-

They're all obsessed with writing stuff..
